With 40% of the votes, the lack of opportunities emerged as the primary challenge for candidates. This result highlights a recurring issue in the labor market: the disconnect between job supply and demand. For companies, this signals an urgent need to rethink their recruitment strategies and broaden their talent search to include more diverse profiles.
